About our Client

Our Client is looking for a Horticulturalist with Leadership aspirations to manage their Landscape Maintenance Team(s).  

Primary Responsibilities of the Role include:

1. Application of Horticultural knowledge to ensures gardens’ appearance & health.
2. Working alongside & leading the maintenance team(s).
3. Motivation & development of teams knowledge & skills.
4. Management of tools and vehicles.
5. Reporting to Management on Job Status & Client needs.
6. Maintenance Division business development.
7. Monitoring & management of OHS practices.

The Successful Applicant should demonstrate:

1. Relevant Horticultural Qualifications, ideally at Level IV or higher, or equivalent work experience,
2. Two years experience with residential landscape maintenance,
3. Proven experience leading a team,
4. Current certifications or the ability to secure in own time and at own cost, a;
   • WA Construction White/Blue Card,
   • Drivers licence, ideally a MR license,
   • Pesticide technician’s licence is advantageous,
   • Current First Aid certification.
5. Strong communication skills; verbal & written,
6. Competent IT skills to complete job role,
7. A professional appearance appropriate to the job role.
